My Story

Born and raised in Vienna more than half a century ago, I now work for an IT company in the city I still call home. Life is a beautiful thing. Especially when you spend your time with people you love, and in ways that bring you joy. Some days, that joy means creating art. Other days, it’s watching the birds, tending my little balcony garden, or getting lost in books and music. I explore the city with my camera, write poetry or stories I wish someone else had already written. And recently, I’ve found myself drawn to the strange and beautiful world of Artificial Intelligence.

The Future

Diving into new fields of knowledge has always been part of who I am. You might call me the epitome of lifelong learning. From exploring various art techniques to graphic and web design, from SEO to storytelling, and the art of translating human curiosity into digital resonance (a.k.a. prompt engineering)—my interests include far more topics than than this page can hold.

The future may bring a return to art school. Not because I think a diploma makes an artist, but for shared inspiration, feedback, and new ideas to broaden my creative horizon. For now, I keep on learning in the wild: observing, experimenting, and quietly working toward that next step… fame and a solo exhibition at the Tate Modern.

The Path

From cultural archives to digital solutions, from editing magazines to painting layers of meaning—my path has never followed a straight line. And that is exactly how I like it.

I started out in the world of literature and political communication, working with the Bruno Kreisky Archive and the SPÖ, before diving into environmental campaigns, grassroots magazines and social change. My early years were shaped by words, movements, and the power of collective action.

Language and aesthetics became twin pillars of my journey. I studied English literature and later art history, focusing on Asian visual culture. My love for multilingual expression led me to work in translation, creative writing, and the creation of a long-standing literature blog—a digital salon of reviews, reflections, and design.

By the mid-2000s, I had transitioned into the world of digital communication and IT project management, where I found a surprising overlap between structured systems and creative problem-solving. For more than two decades, I’ve worked with Iphos IT Solutions—first as assistant to the CEO, then independently leading marketing and project coordination.

My work has always bridged logic and lyricism—be it in project workflows, web strategy, or the slow rituals of painting and poetry. I never stopped believing in the power of stories—whether they unfold in software or in verse.

From words to images—rediscovering the language of art.

For many years, my life revolved around language. I ran a literary blog for several years—a digital salon of book reviews, reflections, and design. It was a labor of love, and I gave it my everything until one day… I didn’t. The fire that had sustained had burned down. Not abruptly, mind you, but slowly, making space for something else.

That something else turned out to be an old love: visual art. Not the theory, but the actual act of creating. Drawing, painting, layering memory and metaphor into visual form. After a long pause, I picked up the pencil again in 2018. It felt like coming home to a forgotten part of myself. One that comforts, but also challenges me.

Mostly self-taught, I explore materials, moods, and meaning. Today, my artistic practice centers on connection: between people and places, the digital and the analogue, past and present.

Professional Focus

While much of my energy flows into artistic and poetic exploration, my professional roots remain in marketing, communication, and human-centered tech.

I help shape content strategies, landing pages, and digital experiences that speak to both logic and emotion – whether for SaaS campaigns or website redesigns. I support clients in giving shape to their ideas, help them find clarity in the digital noise.

My work includes:

  • SEO-optimized landing page creation
  • Google Ads campaign development
  • Brand storytelling & copywriting
  • Basic design tasks (image work, layout, intuitive UX thinking)

I’m especially drawn to work that connects technology with real human needs – through clarity, empathy, or creativity.
